Calin Technology Co., Ltd announces private placement of 20,000,000 common shares on March 14, 2024. The transaction has been approved by the board of the company.
CALIN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, design, manufacture and distribution of optical components. The Company primarily provides glass molding lenses, which are applied in the manufacture of light emitting diode (LED) products, mobile phones, digital cameras and liquid crystal projectors; plastic products, which include spherical and aspherical lenses, cases and other plastic parts; glass lenses, which are applied in mobile phones, scanners, medical equipment and others; precision optical coating films, which include coatings for plastic lenses, glass lenses and other specialty products; lens assembly, which include lenses of mobile phones, cameras, video cameras and monitors, as well as plastic prisms, which are applied in fingerprint identifiers. It also involves in the design and manufacture of optical moulds and component tools. The Company distributes its products in Taiwan, other Asian markets and the Americas.
