Calitech Co., Ltd. (GTSM:6532) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,436,000 shares, representing 5% of its share capital, for up to TWD 45.95 million. Such shares will be repurchased within a price range of TWD 16 per share and TWD 32 per share.
