Considering the FX Rate 5,1964 - 06/03/2023, the Final BRL Rate per BDR to be distributed is R$ 108,155964912.
The payment will be completed on 13/03/2023, to entitled BDR Shareholders on 28/02/2023.
Books are definitely closed for issuances and cancelations since 01/03/2023.

deducted of 0% related to Income Tax, 0,38% related to Tax on Financial Operations (IOF) and 3% related to Banco B3 operational fee.
