Green Caffè Nero chooses Capital Park projects The Capital Park Group has signed lease agreements with Green Caffè Nero that will open its cafes in two of the Group's Warsaw locations - Royal Wilanów and 18, KEN Avenue.

Two cafes under Green Caffè Nero logo will open in locations belonging to the portfolio held by the Capital Park Group. One of the outlets of this popular coffee house chain will be located in a 204 sqm unit at 18, KEN Avenue - the main arterial road of the Warsaw district of Ursynów. The other new cafe will open in Royal Wilanów building, another Warsaw project of the Group, where it will occupy 191 sqm.

- We create cafes with our customers in mind. We want them to be considered very special points on the maps of local communities, to be a part of their everyday life, and this is why we are happy that we can open new outlets in Wilanów and Ursynów. We treat these locations as elements complementing our development strategy in Warsaw. And this also is a new experience for us - we move away from the central part of the city and reach places where many of our customers live. We also continue to look for new, interesting locations - CEO of Green Caffè Nero Adam Ringer says.

With an expanding group of tenants representing the food sector, Royal Wilanów will certainly be a must for all customers who like to spend time in places offering the most sophisticated menus as it will also host Bierhalle brewery restaurant and Czas na Wino wine shop.
And as early as the autumn of this year residents of the Warsaw district of Wilanów will be offered a new public space - city squares - where they will not only be able to meet but also to engage in active leisure. The squares, open to
all residents of Wilanów free of charge, will feature beach volleyball and

basketball courts, a mini football pitch, a boules court, outdoor checkers, a climbing wall, a multimedia stage with an auditorium, six trampolines installed at ground level and a streetworkout zone for crossfit workouts. Those wishing to spend time with friends will be able to use one of outdoor dining spots, relaxing amid plants and fountains. A sports equipment rental centre and seasonal pop-up bars will also be located close to the stage.
Construction of Royal Wilanów commenced in August 2013 and proceeds as
planned. The building is to open in the second half of August 2015.
Royal Wilanów will be a five-storey building providing 29 787 sqm of modern office space. The underground section of the building will feature a three-level car park with 915 parking spaces for tenants and customers and a bike parking facility. 270 parking spaces will be available for the general public thanks to which visitors and customers will be able to leave their vehicles without any problem, unlike in most of Warsaw office buildings. The building will also have a section earmarked for retail and services (6 920 sqm) with a wide food offer, outdoor dining spots and an array of shops and services.
The design is the work of JEMS Architekci architecture firm and responsibility for the letting process of the retail and office sections rests with BOIG and Colliers International, respectively.
