Carbon Friendly Name Change to MicroCoal Technologies Inc. Effective July 22, 2013

Vancouver, B.C., Canada -- July 19, 2013 -- Carbon Friendly Solutions Inc. (CNSX: CFQ) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the CNSX has approved the name change of the Company to MicroCoal Technologies Inc., which will be effected by the CNSX on July 22, 2013. The common shares of the Company will commence trading on the exchange under the new name at the market open on July 22, 2013 under the new trading symbol (MTI). The share capital will remain the same.

Slawek Smulewicz, CEO and Director of the Company, states: "Our name change to MicroCoal Technologies Inc. marks an important milestone in our progress as we seek to further capitalize on our core business MicroCoal(tm) Inc. Having recently signed two separate agreements in Asia (as previously announced June 12 and June 20, 2013), and with agreements expected shortly in North America and other parts of Asia, the time has come to rebrand our company. MicroCoal(tm) is a low-cost, internationally patented microwave technology that reduces moisture in low-rank coal, thereby upgrading the energy content to that of more expensive high-rank coal.
