Williamsburg Boulevard, slated to open on Monday, May 23, 2011, will be its fourth Arlington banking office, and expand its branch network to 27.

Owens' background includes more than five years of local banking experience and involvement with area businesses in the Arlington market. She has an outstanding customer service background, most recently serving as a Store Manager with Wachovia Bank. A longtime resident of Alexandria, Owens earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bucknell University. She is a certified Tae Bo® Fitness Instructor, and active in the Rose Hill Elementary School PTA.
