Cardno : Rebuilding after the deluge

Cardno's Fostering Interventions for Rapid Market Advancement (FIRMA) project is designed to support sustainable economic growth, employment expansion and increased household incomes in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In May 2014, the country was affected by historic floods. As a part of the rapid donor response, Cardno provides cofinancing
support to private companies from the production and service sectors to restore operations, retain employees, and
maintain their space in the regional market.

Through the joint USAID and Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency initiative, we deliver strategic and operational guidance and expert technical assistance, as well as coordinate and leverage funding with other donors and projects, local governments and the private sector.
