Pegatron Mexico, S.A. De C.V. announced that it expects to receive MXN 1.00721813 billion in funding from Casetek Holdings Limited

Pegatron Mexico, S.a. De C.v. announced a private placement of 100,721,813 shares at the price of MXN 10 per share for gross proceeds of MXN 1,007,218,130 on September 14, 2022. The transaction will include participation from new investor Casetek Holdings Limited which will own 44.63% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of Pegatron Corporation.
