TOKYO, April 13, 2022 - Casio Computer Co., Ltd. announced the following personnel changes and organizational restructuring on March 25, 2022.
Casio Computer Co., Ltd. has appointed executive officers and strengthened its business implementation structure in a strategic move designed to maximize corporate value over the medium to long term. For the new organizational structure, Casio carried out the organizational restructuring detailed below as of April 1 in order to drive more growth in its core businesses and strengthen and streamline the functional dimensions of its management matrix.
