Caverion Oyj (HLSE : CAV1V) signed an agreement to acquire Porreal Gmbh from PORR AG (WBAG : POS).

Caverion Oyj (HLSE : CAV1V) signed an agreement to acquire Porreal Gmbh from PORR AG (WBAG : POS) on June 29, 2022. The transaction also include Porreal fully owned subsidiary ALEA GmbH. The revenues of PORREAL amounted to Ã‡23 million in 2021.

Closing is expected to take place in August 2022. Thomas Kulnigg, Christoph Haid, Lisa Todeschini, Andreas Lengger, Birgit Hirsch, Clemens Rainer, Nina Zafoschnig, and Teresa Waidmann of SchÃ·nherr RechtsanwSlte Gmbh acted as legal advisor to Caverion Oyj.
