Article 157, paragraph 4, of Law No. 6.404/76 and in accordance with Ruling No.
358/02 of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (Comissão de Valores
Mobiliários - CVM), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, as required under paragraph 4, Article 4, of Law No. 6.404/76, as amended, the
CVM Ruling No. 361/02, as amended, and Sections X and XI of the Novo Mercado Listing Rules, the Board of Directors of CCX met to decide on the indication of (i) Banco Bradesco BBI S.A.; (ii) Banco Itaú BBA S.A.; and (iii) Brasil Plural
Consultoria e Assessoria Ltda., as the three (3) institutions that will (a) present proposals to prepare an appraisal report of the common shares issued by the Company for the assessment of their economic value for purposes of the exchange
tender offer to acquire up to the total amount of outstanding common shares issued by the Company referred to in the Material Fact Notice disclosed on January 21,
2013, and (b) be included in the list that will be submitted to the consideration of the holders of the Company's shares in the free float at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting to be held on February 8th, 2013.
