CD Private Equity Fund III (Fund), formerly Cordish Dixon Private Equity Fund III, is an Australia-based managed investment scheme. The Fund is engaged in providing unitholders with the opportunity to benefit from a family office style of investment focused on small and mid-market private investment opportunities in the United States. The Fund's investment objectives are exposure to a portfolio of investments in small and mid-market private investment funds and privately held companies predominantly focused in the United States, and capital growth over a five to ten-year investment horizon. The Fund's portfolio includes its investments in various sectors, such as healthcare, business services and industrial services; consumer Internet, mobile and software sectors, enterprise software, and food and consumer products. The Responsible Entity of the Fund is Walsh & Company Investments Limited.
