Cemat A/S announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the six months ended June 30, 2017. For the six months, the company announced revenue of DKK 19,328,000 compared to DKK 7,187,000 for the same period a year ago. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization was DKK 705,000 compared to loss of DKK 2,931,000 for the same period a year ago. Operating loss was DKK 825,000 compared to DKK 5,258,000 for the same period a year ago. Loss before tax was DKK 1,624,000 compared to DKK 12,858,000 for the same period a year ago. Loss for the period from continuing operations was DKK 2,050,000 compared to DKK 12,990,000 for the same period a year ago. Loss for the period was DKK 2,050,000 compared to DKK 58,822,000 for the same period a year ago. Net loss attributable to parent company shareholders was DKK 2,436,000 or DKK 0.010 per diluted share compared to DKK 59,114,000 or DKK 0.10 per diluted share for the same period a year ago. Cash outflows from operating activities were DKK 1,388,000 compared to DKK 65,255,000 for the same period a year ago. Acquisition etc. of property, plant and equipment was DKK 1,132,000 compared to DKK 956,000 for the same period a year ago. Negative return on equity was 1.2% compared to 26.3% for the same period a year ago.

The company reported that revenue is expected to amount to DKK 37-39 million in 2017. Group's EBITDA is expected to be around DKK 2-3 million. After deduction of capital expenditures (investment property), finance costs and income tax a net consolidated loss of DKK 2-3 million is expected for 2017.
