Easy Chile opens a new store in the city of La Unión

La Unión, December 14, 2023.-Easy Chile opened its first store in the city of La Unión. It is a 4,901-square-meter store distributed between a sales room and a builder's yard, offering a wide variety of products and solutions for home improvement and renovation.

The new store of Cencosud's home improvement brand promises to surprise customers with an attractive, modern format and attributes that make it a high-standard, environmentally friendly space. 100% of its lighting is LED technology and dimmable within the sales room, providing not only a cozy atmosphere but also contributing to energy efficiency.

As part of Easy's service promise, important technological aspects were incorporated for a better customer experience. It has touch technology in quoting modules and price readers, and at checkout counters it has four traditional modules and eight self check-out modules. In addition, it has an inclusive design in its most relevant sections, such as the paint counter, cable counter and customer center.

In terms of its commercial proposal, Easy La Union has more than 15,000 SKUs or unique products, ensuring that its customers find everything they need for their home improvement projects.

During the opening event, which was attended by executives from Easy and Cencosud, the General Manager of Easy Chile, Felipe Longo, commented:

This opening represents a source of pride for Easy, as it comes at a challenging time for the industry and is the result of a clear strategy and differentiated value proposition".

Easy La Unión is the company's 41st store nationwide and the first in the Los Ríos Region. In the area, it also has three other stores in Osorno and Puerto Montt (2), in Los Lagos Region.

The store will contribute to the community and create 101 direct jobs. Fifty-six women and 45 men will be the hosts in charge of serving the new customers.
