Century Enka Limited Recommends Dividend for the Year Ended 31 March, 2019 Payable on or After 17 July, 2019

The Board of Directors of Century Enka Limited has recommended dividend at the rate of 70% (INR 7 per equity share of INR 10 each) for the year ended 31 March, 2019. Dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the AGM to be held on July 13, 2019, will be paid on or after 17th July, 2019. The book closure date both day inclusive from July 3, 2019 to July 5, 2019.
