UPDATE ON THE STATUS OF

THE NEW GAMING TABLE BUSINESS RIGHTS IN CAMBODIA

AND

EXTENSION OF THE LONG STOP DATE IN RELATION TO

THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF TERMS IN CONNECTION WITH THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE NEW GAMING TABLE BUSINESS RIGHTS IN CAMBODIA

This announcement is made by Century Entertainment International Holdings Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries the "Group") pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

References are made to the announcements (the "Announcements") of the Company dated 2 April 2020, 6 July 2020, 30 September 2020, 5 February 2021 and 31 March 2021 in relation to, among other things, the Temporary Closure Demand, the notification by the Assignor regarding its decision to relocate the Casino from the Sunshine Bay Hotel to Dara Sakor, the Amendments and the latest status on the re-opening of the New Casino. Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements unless otherwise defined.

As disclosed in the Announcements, it was expected that the mass market of the New Casino could be re-opened on or before late April 2021. Unfortunately, the community spread of COVID-19 Epidemic in Cambodia since 20 February 2021 and the imposed strict lockdown measures have continued to hinder the economy activities in Cambodia.

The Company was informed by the Assignor that, in view of the current strict lockdown measures, there has been no significant progress on the re-opening preparation works of the New Casino including systems testing and provision of training to casino staff. The New Casino will continue with the remaining preparation works and strive for re-opening as soon as the current COVID-19 Epidemic situation in Cambodia eases and personnel are able to move in the city.

Extension of the Long Stop Date

Pursuant to the Supplemental Framework Agreement dated 5 February 2021, completion of the agreement will take place after satisfaction (or waiver) of all the conditions precedent by the Long Stop Date.

As additional time is required to fulfill the conditions precedent, VMG, Lion King and Mr. Ng have on 30 April 2021 entered into a second supplemental framework agreement, pursuant to which the parties had agreed to extend the Long Stop Date of the Supplemental Framework Agreement to 31 July 2021 or such other date as may be agreed by the parties. Save for such extension, all other terms and conditions of the Supplemental Framework Agreement shall remain unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
