Pasinex Resources Nevada Limited acquired 51% interest in the Gunman Project located in Nevada from Century Lithium Corp. (TSXV:LCE) and Caliber Minerals Inc. for $0.52 million on March 30, 2023. Total consideration to acquire the 51% interest included $425,000 in cash payments, the issuance of 4.6 million Pasinex Common Shares and exploration expenditures of $1,850,000.
