The newly elected Directors of Century Pacific Food, Inc. held its Organizational Board Meeting on July 1, 2019. The company elected Leonardo Arthur Tan Po as Vice Chairman, Cesar C. Cruz as Vice President, Teddy C. Kho as Vice President, Wilhelmino D. Nicolasura as Vice President, Noel M. Tempongco as Vice President. The meeting appointed Fernan Victor P. Lukban as Chairman of Audit Committee and Ricardo Gabriel T. Po and Frances J. Yu as Members of Audit committee. The meeting appointed Johnip G. Cua as Chairman of Corporate Governance Committee and Fernan Victor P. Lukban and Frances J. Yu as Members of Corporate Governance Committee. The meeting appointed Eileen Grace Z.
