Cerved Information Solutions reported a net profit of EUR 1.7 million (USD 2.2 million) in the first half of 2014, up from EUR 200,000 in the same period of 2013, as revenues grew 6.5% to EUR 164.1 million. The company's earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) increased 6.1% to EUR 79.3 million. The rises were driven by growth in all three divisions: credit information, credit management and marketing solutions.

The company reduced its net debt to EUR 512.1 million at end-June 2014 from EUR 722.2 million at December 31, 2013.
