Rio de Janeiro, November 13, 2013 - Cetip S.A. - Mercados Organizados ("Company", "Cetip") (BM&FBOVESPA: CTIP3), Latin America's largest depositary of private fixed income securities and Brazil's largest private asset clearinghouse, in compliance with CVM Instruction 480, as amended, informs to its shareholders and the market in general that in the Board Meeting of November 6th, 2013, it was approved the installation of Cetip's Auditing Committee and the election of the following members for a unified mandate of 2 year, that will expire in November 6th, 2015:
Alkimar Ribeiro Moura. Mr. Moura holds a bachelor's degree in Economic Sciences from Minas Gerais Federal University's Economic Sciences School (1963); a Master's degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley (1966); and a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from Stanford University (1978). He is a full professor at the Department of Economic Planning and Analysis Applied to Business, at the São Paulo Business School (Fundação Getúlio Vargas). Member of the Audit Committee of Itaú- Unibanco S.A. since June, 2011. Previously, he held the position of independent member of BM&FBovespa Supervisão de Mercados' Supervising Council, BSM (2007-
2010); Vice-President of Banco do Brasil's Finances and Capital Markets (2001-2003); Standards and Organization Officer of the Brazilian Central Bank's Financial System (1996-1997); the Brazilian Central Bank's Monetary Policy (1994-1996); Public Debt and Open Market Officer of the Brazilian Central Bank (1987-1988). Mr. Alkimar was elected as an Independent Member of the Company's Board of Directors on April 17,
2012. On November 6, 2013, Alkimar was also elected member of the Company's
Auditing Committee in the condition of independent member.
1993 to 1997, he was partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Auditores Independentes. In
1998, he was partner at Global Control Consultoria. From 1999 to 2009, he had positions at Unibanco - União de Banco Brasileiros S.A, such as Executive Officer and Executive Officer Vice President responsible for Internal Auditing, Accounting, Controlling, Legal Affairs (Corporate Law/Litigation), Planning, Fiscal, Compliance, Governmental Relations and Investor Relations. During the same period, he was Executive Officer at Unibanco Holdings S.A., member of the Board at Instituto
Unibanco, Executive Director at FEBRABAN - Federação Brasileira de Bancos (National Association of Banks), representing Unibanco. On November 6, 2013, Alkimar was also elected member of the Company's Auditing Committee in the condition of external and independent member, with recognized experience in matters of corporate accounting.
1988 to 1992, he was CIO of Banca Nacionale del Lavoro (BNL), and also Human Resources Director. From 1992 to 2004, he had positions at Unibanco - União de Banco Brasileiros S.A., such as - CIO, from 1992 to 2002, and COO, from 2002 to
2004. From 2004 to 2007, he was Business Development Directo at IBM Brasil. From
2007 to 2009, he was IT and Operations Executive Officer at Medial Saúde. From 2010 to 2012, he was CEO at Kalendae - IT Service Management / Quint Kalendae - IT Service Management. On November 6, 2013, Alkimar was also elected member of the Company's Auditing Committee in the condition of external and independent member
