PRAGUE, May 26 (Reuters) - Two employees of electricity provider CEZ's Temelin nuclear power plant died in an accident on Friday while working outside the plant, a spokesman for the company said.

"We can confirm a fatal accident of two employees. It happened outside the (Temelin) power plant grounds," Marek Svitak said. "We are terribly sorry."

The accident occurred on Friday afternoon as the two persons worked in a hot-water pipe shaft by the village of Nova Ves, 6 kilometres (3.73 miles) south of the power plant, the police said on Twitter.
