Cham Group AG, formerly Cham Paper Group Holding AG, is a Switzerland-based engaged in real estate business. The Company focuses primarily on development of residential and working quarter in the center of Cham called the Papieri site, which covers approximately 120,000 square meters and offers around 1000 apartments and workplaces. The Company divides its activities into two business segments: Real Estate and Holding. The Real Estate segment covers the entire life cycle of properties from development and construction through to management and conservation of value. The Company operates a wholly owned subsidiary Cham Immobilien AG.
