Suzhou Sushang Health Industry Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) signed an agreement to acquire 9.67% stake in Changjiang Runfa Health Industry Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002435) from Beijing Yangshu Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership) managed by Yangshu Growth Investment (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and Yangshu Hengkang Zhangjiagang Bonded Area Pharmaceutical Industry Equity Investment Enterprise (LP) for approximately CNY 450 million on December 18, 2020. Yangshu Hengkang Zhangjiagang Bonded Area Pharmaceutical Industry Equity Investment Enterprise (LP) will sell 3.3% stake and Beijing Yangshu Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership) will sell 6.4% stake. Suzhou Sushang Health Industry Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) will acquire total of 119.55 million shares at CNY 3.771 per share. Post completion, Yangshu Hengkang Zhangjiagang Bonded Area Pharmaceutical Industry Equity Investment Enterprise (LP) will hold 3.25% stake and Beijing Yangshu Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership) will hold no stake in Changjiang Runfa Health Industry Co., Ltd.

Changjiang Runfa Health Industry received a notice that China Securities Depository and Clearing Company Limited issued “Securities Transfer Registration Confirmation".
