Charter Hall Retail Real Estate Investment Trust entered into an unconditional contract to acquire Gateway Plaza from Vicinity Funds RE Ltd for approximately AUD 120 million.

Charter Hall Retail Real Estate Investment Trust (ASX:CQR) entered into an unconditional contract to acquire Gateway Plaza from Vicinity Funds RE Ltd for approximately AUD 120 million on June 5, 2018. The acquisition will be funded through recent divestments. Gateway Plaza was offered for sale by Colliers via an open market expressions of interest campaign. The transaction is expected to settle by the end of September 2018.
