Charter Hall Social Infrastructure REIT announced the appointment of Ms Kate Melrose as an Independent Director of the Responsible Entity for CQE, Charter Hall Social Infrastructure Limited (CHSIL). Ms. Melrose was identified for the position following a search conducted on behalf of the Charter Hall Group and CQE Boards. The appointment of Ms Melrose coincides with the retirement of Mr. Victor Cottren as a Non-Executive Director of the CHSIL Board. Ms Melrose will also replace Mr. Cottren as a member of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee. Ms Melrose is an experienced Executive General Manager with 30 years of experience in the property sector. Ms. Melrose spent 14 years with Lendlease in various development, business strategy, marketing and sales roles before joining Greengate Property Group, a privately-owned retirement living and aged care business as General Manager, Sales and Marketing.
