Lanxi Qinyun Investment Management Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) signed a share transfer agreement to acquire 8% stake in Chengbang Eco-Environment Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:603316) from Fang Liqiang for approximately CNY 130 million on July 10, 2023. Under the terms, Lanxi Qinyun Investment Management Partnership Enterprise will pay CNY 10 million within 15 working days from the effective date of this agreement, 20% of the transfer price within 30 working days after obtaining the compliance confirmation letter from the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the remaining within 30 working days after the re-election of the board of directors of Chengbang Eco-Environment's is completed. As part of the transaction, Lanxi Qinyun Investment Management Partnership Enterprise will pay CNY 5.99 per share to acquire 21,141,120 shares in Chengbang Eco-Environment.
Lanxi Qinyun Investment Management Partnership Enterprise will conduct a due diligence on Chengbang Eco-Environment.
