Femco Steel Technology Co., Ltd. (TPEX:6731) agreed to acquire Chenghe Acquisition I Co. (NasdaqGM:LATG) in a reverse merger transaction on December 22, 2023. The transaction is subject to approval by shareholders of Femco Steel Technology Co., Ltd. and Chenghe Acquisition I Co.

The transaction is expected to close in second quarter of 2024. Revere Securities LLC acted as financial and White & Case LLP and Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law acted as legal advisor to Chenghe Acquisition I Co. Geneva Capital Group acted as financial and Landi Lawyer and The Ross Law Group, LLC acted as legal advisors to Femco Steel Technology Co., Ltd.
