(Hong Kong, May 30, 2008) - Chevalier Network Solutions Thai Limited ("CNT"), subsidiary of the Chevalier International Holdings Limited (HKSE Stock code: 025), recently signed a significant contract with TRUE Corporation Public Company Limited ("TRUE"), a leading telecommunications company in Thailand, to supply and install intelligence solutions for enhancing the efficiency of its Convergence Call Centre. Having integrated the new system, TRUE's Convergence Call Centre becomes the highest capacity system in Southeast Asia in its kind, supporting 2000 agent seats.
The signing ceremony for this transaction was held at True Tower Building in Bangkok in March
2008 and the project is expected to be completed by June 2008. CNT will provide and install Avaya intelligence solutions including Avaya Voice Portal, Avaya Proactive Contact, NICE Voice Recording System and IEX Work Force Management Systems for TRUE!|s Convergence Call Centre. The cutting-edge equipments will advance the logistics of customer phone call operations and enhance the efficiency of its information archive handling and management system, aiming at delivering a satisfactory customer services to its clients.
