ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF

ADJOURNMENT OF BERMUDA HEARING

This announcement is made by China Animal Healthcare Ltd (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") pursuant to Rule 13.09, Rule 13.19 and Rule 13.25 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the provisions of inside information under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the laws of Hong Kong).

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 10 September 2019 (the "Announcement") in relation to, among other things, the winding up petition of the Company.

Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

ADJOURNMENT OF PETITION HEARING

On 13 December 2019, the Supreme Court of Bermuda ordered that, among other things, the winding-up petition hearing be further adjourned to 28 February 2020 (Bermuda time).

CONTINUAL SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of the Company, the shares of the Company have been suspended from trading on the Stock Exchange from 9 a.m. on 30 March 2015. Trading in the Company's shares will continue to suspend until further notice.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Shares.
