China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Ltd. announced the cessation of Li Runsheng as Non-Executive, Independent Director, Chairman of Nominating Committee, Member of Audit Committee and Member of Remuneration Committee. Mr. Li Runsheng has been on the Board since 24 April 2014 and has decided to step down in support of Board renewal.
