The board of directors (the "Board") of China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co., Limited* (the "Company") hereby announces that with effect from 22 September 2020, the head office of the Company in the People's Republic of China (the "PRC") has been changed to 8/F, Building 1, No. 1 Caishikou Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, the PRC with the postal code 100053, and the telephone number and the fax number of the Company have been changed to (86) 10 8375 0601 and (86) 10 8375 0600 respectively. The website and email address of the Company remain unchanged.
