China Digital Video Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Cao Qian as Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of Audit and Nomination Committee

The board of directors of China Digital Video Holdings Limited announced that, due to her personal health condition, with effect from January 3, 2023, Ms. Cao Qian ("Ms. Cao") resigned as an independent non-executive Director. Ms. Cao also ceased to be the chairlady of the audit committee (the "Audit Committee") and the member of the nomination committee of the Company.
