China Financial International Investments Limited Announces the Resignation of Zeng Xianggao as Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of the Audit Committee and A Member of the Nomination Committee

The board of directors of China Financial International Investments Limited announced that Mr. Zeng Xianggao
has resigned as an independent non-executive Director and ceased to be a member of the audit committee and a member of the nomination committee of the Company, with effect from 29 December 2023 as he would like to spend more time to pursue his own business.
