DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF 2020 ANNUAL REPORT

Reference is made to the announcement of China Financial Services Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 31 March 2021 on the delay in publication of the 2020 Annual Results and continued suspension of trading of shares (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined or used in the Announcement.

DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL REPORT FOR YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020

As disclosed in the Announcement, the publication of the 2020 Annual Results announcement would be delayed as the Company was unable to finalize the 2020 Annual Results including the financial impact of the Incident and additional time was required for the auditor to complete the required audit work. As the audit work on the 2020 Annual Results is still in progress, the Board wishes to inform the Shareholders that the Company is not able to despatch the annual report of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2020 (the "2020 Annual Report") by 30 April 2021 in accordance with the Listing Rules.

The Board acknowledges that any delay in despatching the 2020 Annual Report will constitute non-compliance with the Listing Rules. The Company will continue to work with its auditor to finalize the 2020 Annual Results and the 2020 Annual Report as soon as practicable.

The Company will make further announcement(s) to inform Shareholders and potential investors on the publication of the 2020 Annual Results and the 2020 Annual Report as and when appropriate.

CONTINUED SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of the Company, trading in shares of the Company has been suspended from 9:43 a.m. on 29 March 2021 and will continue to be suspended pending release of inside information and the 2020 Annual Results.

Shareholders and potential investors of the Company should exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the Company.
