RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND

THE NOMINATION COMMITTEE

The Board announces that:

Mr. Dong Yibing has resigned as a non-executive director and ceased to be a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee of the Company with effect from 12 April 2021.

The Board of the Company announces that Mr. Dong Yibing has resigned as a non-executive director and ceased to be a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee of the Company with effect from 12 April 2021 since he wishes to pursuit other career.

Mr. Dong has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter in relation to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
