On September 23, 2021, China Green Agriculture Inc.’s Nominating Committee of the Board of Directors approved the appointments of Mr. Xiaolai Li as the Company’s Chief Strategy Officer and Mr. Jian Huang as the Company’s Executive Vice President, effective immediately.
