APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR

Reference is made to the announcement of China Healthwise Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 23 July 2020 in relation to the resignation of BDO Limited ("BDO") as auditor of the Company with effect from 23 July 2020.

The board (the "Board") of directors of the Company is pleased to announce that, with the recommendation of the audit committee of the Company, the Board has resolved to appoint HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited as auditor of the Company to fill the casual vacancy following the resignation of BDO with effect from 27 July 2020 and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
