CHINA JINMAO HOLDINGS GROUP LIMITED China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited announced that Mr. GAO Shibin has been appointed by the Board as an independent non-executive director, a member of the Strategy and Investment Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Independent Board Committee of the Company with effect from 30 November 2015. Mr. GAO Shibin, born in March 1964, is currently a director of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the China region.
