RESIGNATION OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY AND

CHANGE OF AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board of directors (the "Board") of China Pioneer Pharma Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Fu Yu ("Mr. Fu") tendered his resignation as joint company secretary and authorised representative (the "Authorised Representative") under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") for the reason of seeking other challenges and opportunities in his career development. Mr. Fu's resignation will take effect on 14 August 2020. Mr. Fu confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no circumstances related to his resignation which need to be brought to the attention of the Stock Exchange and the shareholders of the Company. The Company would like to express its gratitude to Mr. Fu for his contribution to the Company during his term of service.

Following the resignation of Mr. Fu, Ms. Ng Ka Man ("Ms. Ng"), the other incumbent joint company secretary, will remain as the sole company secretary of the Company.

The Board is also pleased to announce that, with effect from 14 August 2020, Ms. Ng has been appointed as the Authorised Representative.
