  • 　　Recently, China Construction Eighth Pision Corp., Ltd. (CSCEC 8th Bureau) has won the bid for the EPC project for Phase I of a commercial hotel and auxiliary facilities in Zhaoqing New District in Guangdong Province, with the contract value being about RMB1.05 billion.
    CSCEC 8th Bureau will work as the general contractor for survey, design and construction of a business hotel with wetland view, exhibition gallery, observation tower and other auxiliary facilities. The project covers a total floor area of about 950,000 square meters and a total land area of about 80,000 square meters. (from CSCEC 8th Bureau)
