  • 　　On March 14, China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd (CSCEC Southwest Design Institute) won the bid for the design project for Jinan CBD Land Lot No. 4-28 and 4-21.
    Located in the starting zone of the CBD, the project is designed as the international 5A-level office building for companies' headquarters and hotels. Covering a total floor area of about 206,000 square meters, the project consists of a super high-rise hotel of 160 meters high, and three 100m-120m-high office buildings for headquarters.
