  • Zhao Xiaojiang, Vice President of China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd. (CSCEC), went to Algeria and worked there between February 23-27.
    With other delegates from CSCEC, Mr. Zhao paid visits to Yang Guangyu, the Chinese Ambassador in Algeria, and the top official from the housing authority in Algeria, and was brief about the work situation of CSCEC Algeria. He also inspected the grand mosque project, the construction site of the central port in Algiers, Marriot Hotel in Constantine, the 3,000-seat grant theatre project and the new terminal project for Algiers International Airport.
    Mr. Zhao spoke highly about achievements made by the company. He pointed out that as the One Belt One Road Initiative was proposed, overseas markets have become the frontline for competition between companies. Therefore, CSCEC Algeria should seize the opportunity and tackle all challenges in a people-centered way, and realize upgrading and transformation through coordinated plan and arrangement.
