KEY OPERATING DATA OF AUGUST 2020

This announcement is made by China Suntien Green Energy Corporation Limited (the "Company") pursuant to the inside information provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

According to the Company's preliminary statistics, the power generation of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Group") on a consolidated basis for August 2020 amounted to 503,462.72 MWh, representing a year-on-year decrease of 15.66%. As of 31 August 2020, the accumulated power generation amounted to 6,059,114.30 MWh, representing a year-on-year increase of 2.88%.

According to the Company's preliminary statistics, the sales volume of gas of the Group on a consolidated basis for August 2020 amounted to 169,921,600 cubic meters, representing a year-on- year increase of 5.05%. As of 31 August 2020, the accumulated sales volume of gas amounted to 2,206,775,900 cubic meters, representing a year-on-year increase of 11.51%.
