3. CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD AND BOARD COMMITTEESS

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of China Taisan Technology Group Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the following with effect from 4 July 2016:

1. Appointment of Mr. Ngan See Juan as Lead Independent Director

   Mr. Ngan See Juan ("Mr. Ngan"), the Company's Independent Director, will be appointed as the Lead Independent Director of the Company.

   The Company is in compliance with Guideline 3.3 of the Code of Corporate Governance 2012, with the appointment of Mr. Ngan as the Lead Independent Director of the Company.

2. Appointment of Mr. Choi Cheung Kong as the Member of the Audit Committee

   Mr. Choi Cheung Kong will be appointed as the member of the Audit Committee of the Company.

3. Changes in the Composition of the Board and Board Committees

Consequent to the abovementioned changes, the composition of the Board and Board Committees shall be reconstituted as follows:
