NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

The board ("Board") of directors (each, a "Director") of China Technology Solar Power Holdings Limited ("Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held at Room 1801, 18th Floor, Kai Tak Commercial Building, 317 & 319 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong on Tuesday, 12 November 2019 at 3:00 p.m. for the following purposes:

1. To consider and approve the unaudited interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30 September 2019 and approve the draft announcement of the unaudited interim results thereof to be published on the website of GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the website of the Company;
2. To consider the payment of an interim dividend, if any;
3. To consider the closure of the register of members of the Company, if necessary; and
4. To transact any other business.
