RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Chong Hing Bank Limited (the "Bank") announces that Mr Wang Shuhui has tendered his resignation as Non-executive Director of the Bank and a member of the Audit Committee of the Bank with effect from the conclusion of the Bank's Annual General Meeting to be held on 18 May 2018 as he has to devote more time to the business of Guangzhou Yuexiu Financial Holdings Group Co., Ltd., a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 000987).

Mr Wang has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters in relation to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Bank.

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Mr Wang for his valuable contributions to the Bank over the past 4 years.
