2. Reasons
The Company's basic policy for profit distribution is to continue to pay stable dividends while securing the necessary internal reserves for future business development and strengthening of the management structure. Based on this policy, and taking into consideration the business results for the current fiscal year and future business development, the Company will pay an interim dividend of 0.50 yen per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024.
The year-end dividend is undecided at this time and will be announced as soon as the dividend forecast becomes available.
