The jury of the 18th edition of the prestigious competition "The Best Annual Report" recognized CIECH S.A.'s report for the year 2022 as one of the best in the "Enterprises" category, awarding it the third main prize. The competition organized by the Institute of Accounting and Taxes aims to promote annual reports with the highest utility value for investors and shareholders, prepared by companies listed on the Stock Exchange. This year's award goes to the CIECH S.A. team for the eighth time in the entire history of the prestigious competition.

The results of the "The Best Annual Report" competition were announced on October 12 during a ceremonial event in the Trading Hall of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, which is the strategic partner of the event. Another distinction in this significant industry competition confirms that CIECH S.A. has been consistently among the companies whose annual consolidated financial reports, prepared in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards/International Accounting Standards), are characterized by the highest level of preparation diligence.

"This year's third main prize, as well as awards and distinctions in previous years, confirm CIECH's strong position as a company consistently characterized by professionalism, credibility, and transparency among companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. This is also the result of the tremendous work and dedication of people, thanks to whose efforts CIECH receives awards almost every year for the preparation of financial reports. I would like to sincerely congratulate the entire team that prepares our reports with the utmost care. The financial reports of CIECH S.A. have been gaining recognition from the jury in this prestigious competition for several years. In recent years, the company has received: the first prize (2021 edition), the third prize (2018 edition), and a distinction for the best financial report (2017 edition). Also, the company twice received recognition from the "Rachunkowość" magazine for the most significant progress in improving the quality of financial reports (in the 2019 and 2020 editions). Competitors for the "The Best Annual Report" award are companies from the regulated market, preparing consolidated annual reports in accordance with IFRS/IAS guidelines, and companies from the alternative market, reporting in accordance with IFRS/IAS or the Accounting Act.

CIECH S.A. has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2005. Since 2016, its shares have also been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange through a dual listing system.
