UNAUDITED OPERATING STATISTICS FOR FEBRUARY 2021

The board of directors (the "Board") of CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce certain unaudited operating statistics of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") for February 2021 as follows:

• • From January to February 2021, the Group's aggregated contracted sales (including contracted sales by joint ventures and associated companies) and contracted GFA amounted to approximately RMB30.70 billion and 1,909,200 sq.m., respectively. Contracted average selling price from January to February 2021 was approximately RMB16,100/sq.m.

• • In February 2021, the Group's contracted sales (including contracted sales by joint ventures and associated companies) amounted to approximately RMB14.48 billion with contracted GFA of approximately 918,800 sq.m. Contracted average selling price in February 2021 was approximately RMB15,800/sq.m.

The above-mentioned sales data is unaudited and is based on preliminary internal information of the Group, which may differ from figures to be disclosed in the audited or unaudited consolidated financial statements to be published by the Company on an annual or half-yearly basis due to various uncertainties during the process of collating such sales information.
