CIMC Vehicle Co., Ltd. Proposes Final Dividend in Respect of the Year Ended December 31, 2019, Payable on or Before July 30, 2020

The Board of CIMC Vehicle (Group) Co., Ltd. recommended to distribute 2019 final dividend of RMB 0.45 per ordinary share (tax inclusive), which will be paid in cash on or before July 30, 2020 but shall be subject to the approval from shareholders at the annual general meeting (the "AGM") to be held on June 22, 2020.
CIMC Vehicles Group Co Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in the production, manufacturing and sales of semi-trailers, special-purpose vehicle tops and complete vehicles, refrigerated vans and complete vehicles. Its semi-trailer products include container frame vehicles, flatbed vehicles and their derivatives, side curtain semi-trailers, van semi-trailers, refrigerated semi-trailers, tank semi-trailers and special category semi-trailers. Special-purpose vehicle top and complete vehicle products include urban dump truck top and complete vehicles, concrete mixer top and complete vehicles. Semi-trailer and special vehicle parts include various parts in the operation and maintenance process of various models, mainly axles, tires, axle ends and braking systems. The Company conducts its businesses both in the domestic market and overseas markets.
